Leucine dominant anabolic BCAA matrix!

Everybody’s aware of the science and importance of essential amino acids, especially the so-called Branched-Chain Amino Acids. Standard BCAA products typically contain a 2:1:1 ratio of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine. However,cutting-edge science has proven that Leucine is the most important amino acid, because it directly stimulates muscle protein synthesis! mTOR is one of the most anabolic signaling pathways stimulated by Leucine that leads to a significant muscle protein synthesis boost. Pulsing Leucine levels in the body are an anabolic switch and maximum protein synthesis requires around 4 grams of Leucine every 3 hours! Leucine also increases recovery and protects muscle tissues from catabolic breakdown. Taking this informations into account, the new standard for BCAA’s is a dominant ratio of Leucine, 8:1:1 to the other BCAA’s. With this ratio, you don’t have to increase the total product dosage to get optimal levels of Leucine!

However, the MUSCLE BCAA’S formula doesn’t just stop with a new BCAA ratio! Technically Glutemine is a conditionally essential amino acid (outside supply is needed under heavy demand), but it’s among the top ingredients for athletes anyway, so we included it in this formula. To stay cutting-edge in this regard too, we didn’t use the same old, unstable L-Glutamine, but the scientifically proven Glutamine dipeptide L-Alanyl L-Glutamine that is able to effectively increase muscle Glutamine levels!

Finally, Vitamin B6 is also an essential nutrient with important roles in the synthesis and metabolism of proteins, in the functioning of the immune system, as well as in the optimal functioning of the brain and nervous system.

Directions: Prepare 1 serving ina t least 300ml water. ALlow the drink to sit for a while to increase the dissolution of ingredients. Consume around and/or during your workouts or competition. Extra servings can be taken any time when aminos are needed, for example every 3 hours if Leucine is not provided by your food (to maximize protein synthesis).
