High-quality, versatile protein blend

Our philosophy with the MPM Mixed Protein Matrix formula was that we should take the best types of proteins from both animal and plant sources and blend them together for a perfectly balanced and versatile product! On the one hand soy isolate is the best all-around plant protein with moderately fast-digesting properties. On the other hand milk proteins are the best supplemental forms of animal proteins. These come in fast- and slow-digesting forms, and in a naturally blended state as complete milk concentrate. By putting these four types together we have the best of all worlds! This economical protein is ideal for all purposes.

Instructions: Mix 1-2 servings of MPM Mixed Protein Matrix with water or your favorite beverage (300 ml/23 g). Use 1-4 servings daily depending on your muscle mass and the amount of protein you get from regular food. Preferably take in the morning, before or after training.
